Description | This course provides a historical and philosophical overview of the American criminal justice system, including the nature, extent, and impact of crime; criminal law; and justice agencies and processes. | ||||||||

I do NOT accept late work. All assignments are due as scheduled. There are few exceptions but those will only be discussed on a case by case basis. (Medical emergencies/hospitalizations) Plagiarism is not tolerated at LSCPA. Therefore, plagiarism is not tolerated in this class. If plagiarism is discovered, all previously graded work is subject to regrading. You must email this instructor from your LSCPA email account. I will not respond to personal email accounts. |

Attendance Policy |
Regular attendance is important in your quest for success. Although this is a face to face class, you are required to utilize blackboard to submit most of your work. Logging into Blackboard at least 2 times weekly is part of your overall attendance and participation grade.
